Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made within this window can be done online or by reaching out to our team directly. Late cancellations & no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or missed appointments where the student is not present at the agreed pickup location, will be charged the full lesson fee. This applies to Individual Driving Lessons, the Test Day Package, Driving Test Preparation, and Extended Driver Training. Why we have this policy: Driving lessons are one-on-one, time-blocked sessions. When a lesson is cancelled at the last minute, your instructor is unable to offer that time to another student, so the fee helps cover their reserved time. Test Day Package: Because this package is tied to your scheduled road test, rescheduling within 24 hours is only possible if your test itself is rescheduled by the licensing authority. In that case, we'll move your booking at no additional cost — just send us a copy of the updated test confirmation. Need to make a change?
